Plant Manager / Plant Engineer, Fairfield OMRC

Prior to Lystek, Christian’s career has focused on optimization of manufacturing processes in a variety of industries. He has worked as a technical consultant for the pharmaceutical industry in Switzerland, a wastewater treatment plant in Indonesia, and pulp manufacturing in Wisconsin. He also worked as the process engineer and department leader in surfactant making and oleochemical plants.

As Plant Manager and Plant Engineer of the Fairfield Organic Material Recovery Center in California Christian leads the delivery of new engineering projects, assessment of process optimization, and implementation of cost savings initiatives. He is also responsible for overseeing the daily requirements of the Fairfield OMRC, including safety, quality, production, and human resources.
